Your tour begins with a late-night pickup from your hotel. After a scenic drive to the Sinai Mountains, you’ll start your guided night hike up Mount Moses (also known as Mount Sinai), where tradition says Moses received the Ten Commandments. The hike takes about 2-3 hours, and once at the summit, you’ll witness a stunning sunrise over the mountains—an unforgettable moment of peace and beauty.
After descending, you’ll visit St. Catherine Monastery, one of the oldest Christian monasteries in the world. Located at the foot of the mountain, this UNESCO World Heritage site houses ancient manuscripts, mosaics, and the famous burning bush site.

COLLECTION TIME
You will be picked up from your hotel around 5:30 am and drive approximately 3 hours, 220 km, to St. Catherine to visit the Greek Orthodox St. Catherine Monastery.
ST. ACTHERINE MONASTERY
Trip to St. Catherine monastery from Sharm el Sheikh; we will arrive at St. Catherine monastery at 9:30. And our guide will give you all the information about the monastery and Mount Sinai.
St. Catherine's Monastery opens at 8:45–11:45, except on Fridays and Sundays and during Coptic religious holidays.
It is a Greek Orthodox Monastery; within its wonderful walls rests a citadel like no other, incredibly rich in important religious and historical structures. One of its treasures is the Museum of St. Catherine, where there are icons attributed to the painter Angelo, one of the most famous artists of the 15th century, or to his contemporaries. In addition to all six icons of Michael Damaskenos, which are considered among the most important works of the Cretan school of the 16th century
